Most orders will process and ship from the warehouse within 2 business days of the auction close time. Standard Ground shipping will deliver within 4-10 business days. Express shipping is also available. You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details when your order ships.
Most uBid auctions offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Ground Service.
Next Day and Second Day Air
Next Day or Second Day Air service is available when you require your package as quickly as possible. Please note that these services are from time of product shipment, not from time of auction close (there may be processing or weekend days in between). Next Day Air deliveries will require a signature. For any Second Day Air shipment to AK or HI, delivery may take up to three days. You can easily follow the progress of your shipment by logging into "My Page".
Standard Ground
Standard Ground service offers an economic method to ship your merchandise. Orders shipped via Standard Ground may also require a signature. You can easily follow the progress of your shipment by logging into "My Page".
Special Shipping
Special Shipping is used for certain promotional items as well as uniquely sized items. Special Shipping is also utilized by some of our uBid Certified Merchants that use shipping partners other than UPS and Fed Ex.
Special Ground - Custom Delivery
In certain instances when products are oversized or unable to be delivered through our standard freight carriers, we will use an alternative heavyweight transportation provider with a local delivery agent in your area. The local agent will call you prior to delivery and arrange a delivery time. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Your delivery agent is committed to delivering your product to the first threshold of your home or inside your garage, the choice is yours. Specific requests for "Past the Threshold" services should be discussed with your delivery agent at the time you schedule your appointment and are subject to additional delivery charges. The delivery agent will unpack your product. At this time, fully inspect the product for any damage. You will be required to sign an uBid Cosmetic Inspection Report. If you do not sign the uBid Cosmetic Inspection Report, the item will be returned to uBid. The transportation provider may be able remove the packing debris from your location for an additional fee. How your information is encrypted
There are certain areas on the site where you may enter and submit additional information. In rare cases, you may have the need to return an item to uBid. Below, please find the policies and procedures that allow us to quickly and efficiently process your return. uBid will be unable to process credit for returns without prior authorization.
Return Procedure:
In order to return a product you must be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, submit your information to our Customer Care Department, via our web form or by calling 1-866-WIN-UBID 1-866-WIN-UBID ( 1-866-946-8243 1-866-946-8243)
. You must contact uBid within 15 days from purchase date to initiate a return. It is important that you include the detailed reason that you are requesting a return. Once your return is authorized, uBid will email you the RMA and instructions. It is important that you follow the instructions for returns or your return may not be processed. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
Your returned items must reach us within 15 days from RMA issuance. Items received after 15 days will not be accepted for full return. Returned merchandise received after 30 days from RMA issuance will not be refunded nor returned.
When we receive your returned item, we will refund your order amount less a minimum 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
The RMA label must be attached to all packages being returned. The purchase invoice must be included with the return. If there are multiple packages, a separate copy of the invoice must be included in all packages being returned.
