When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.

When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the expected ship date via UPS unless a quicker ship method is chosen.

Can I get my items more quickly?
Expedited Shipping: For delivery in 2-4 business days, from the expected ship date please add $2.00 to our standard shipping charge.

2nd Day shipping: For delivery in 2 business days, please add $7.95 to our standard shipping charge.

Next day delivery: For delivery in 1 business day, please add $15.95 to our standard shipping charge.

Alaska and Hawaii
Alaska and Hawaii orders only-will ship via UPS 2nd day. A $7.95 additional fee will be added to your standard processing & shipping fee. Overnight delivery is not available. A physical address is necessary since we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for Alaska or Hawaii.

International
Due to recent, unforeseen changes with our International shipping policy, we are unable to ship your order internationally. Presently, we are only shipping within the United States. Perhaps, if you have a domestic address available, we would be more than happy to reroute your package

Exchanges
While our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase from Soft Surroundings, should you desire an exchange, please use the convenient shipping label included in your package. We'll pay the bill AND ship your new size or color FREE. Please be sure to include your packing slip.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund.
We want to make this as convenient for you as possible. We offer two options for returning a purchase:

1. You can use the label attached to the packing slip and pay the postage yourself.

2. For your convenience we enclose a prepaid UPS return label. $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for using this service. Take the package to any location of the UPS store, UPS drop box, UPS authorized shipping outlet, Office Depot, Staples or leave the package with any UPS driver. To find the nearest location to you or to track your return package, go to UPS.com or call 1-800-742-5877 1-800-742-5877.

Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Without a packing list, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment and let us know the reason for your return in the appropriate spot on the packing slip.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items.

Cancels
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.
